Paradise Spa & Sauna Policy
Paradise Spa & Sauna is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Failure to comply with the following policies may result in ejection from the premises without refund.

Age Restrictions:
a. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted, without any exceptions.
b. Children between the ages of 10 and 18 are allowed only when accompanied by a same-sex guardian. Guardians must sign a waiver form at the front desk. Senior citizens are also required to sign the waiver form.
Health Conditions:
a. Paradise Spa & Sauna reserves the right to deny admission to customers with health issues, even when accompanied by a guardian.
b. Customers with known health issues are not permitted to enter the facility.
a. No admission will be granted to customers under the influence of alcohol.
Check-In and Check-Out:
a. Customers must check out before leaving the facility. Re-entry is not permitted once checked out.
Admission Voucher:
a. General admission vouchers are valid for a day pass during operating hours.
Personal Belongings:
a. Guests are required to deposit a government-issued photo ID, credit card, car key, or valet parking ticket at the front desk in exchange for a locker key. A fee of $30.00 will be charged for each lost key.
b. Outside blankets, large towels, or pillows are not allowed in the spa.
c. Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables and important items. Paradise Spa & Sauna is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Outside Food and Drinks:
a. No outside alcohol, food, or drinks are allowed in the facility.
Lost and Found:
a. Paradise Spa & Sauna holds lost and found items for one month only.
b. Prepaid coupons that are lost or damaged are not the responsibility of Paradise Spa & Sauna.
a. Members are required to present their membership card for entry.
Disputes & Chargebacks:
a. Guests agree not to file any chargebacks, claims, or disputes with their credit card company regarding online orders or purchases made at the facility.
b. A 20-minute grace period is provided for guests who are dissatisfied with the facility or find it too crowded. A full refund will be given if no amenities were used during this period. If amenities were used, a 60% refund of the entrance price will be provided.
c. No refunds, discounts, or rainchecks will be given for reasons such as the facility being busy, loud, or crowded, or if certain rooms or equipment are not working to the guest's satisfaction.

b. Prices, amenity availability, and treatment offerings are subject to change with or without notice.
c. Excessive public displays of affection (PDA) are prohibited.
